The KYN in the framework of its engagement to promote and develop Gender equality has started to implement the project Youth and Gender Equality, supported by UNIFEM.
This process aims;
To Promote Gender perspective integrated in youth law and KYAP (or raise Awareness of governmental institutions and civil society on gender equality), and as well Capacity Building of youth and YNGO-s on research methods advocacy and Gender Equality as well as NGO management, WHR , HR and Media
The planned activities to be organized during this engagement include;

Regional roundtables on Youth Law and KYAP

Training on advocacy for KYN members

Training on research methodology (of youth researchers)

Research on youth and gender equality

Advocacy campaign oriented on KYAP and YL from the perspective of gender equality

Capacity building of NGO-s in leadership, WHR , HR and media

KYN within its engagement on increasing youth participation in decision making processes will start implementing TRIP project that aims on:
Raising transparency and accountability of local and central institutions regarding funds/budgets dedicated to youth on local and central level and increase youth participation in decision making processes for youth issues.
